Ram Singh: Man with the Longest Mustaches in the world.

 Ram, 62, has been growing his mustache since 1970 and spends two hours every day stroking it to ensure its continued growth - but he washes it only once every two weeks.



In Rome, in 2010, Ram was awarded the title and has never been beaten since.

Ram Singh: “I have been growing my mustache since 1970, and now it is over 60 feet [18.5 m] long!

“Both beards and beards have always been a symbol of men's pride - so I was able to get the name, fame and respect of my mustache.

“People always praise my mustache - including the Prime Ministers, the Vice Presidents and the President of India.


“I use a variety of herbal oils to help keep my mustache healthy. I rub my beard with a mixture of olive, mustard and coconut oil.

“Once I have shaved off, I wash my beard with water-soaked lotion that I keep up all night.

"I spend two and a half hours every day grooming my beard - but I wash my mustache once every two weeks."
